抽獎結果公布
2024/11/1(五) 12:00 公布於TTXC官網，主辦單位將以mail通知得獎者。

兌換方式
中獎者需於收到中獎通知後3日內回覆預計領取時間，至駁二共創基地(高雄市鹽埕區大勇路11號3樓)領取（領獎期間：2024/11/4-2024/11/30上班日10:00-17:00）。

注意事項
  1. TTXC官網註冊資料須包含姓名、手機、email，手機號碼不可重複。
  2. 每人僅可登錄一筆抽獎序號，每筆序號僅有一次中獎資格，不得重複兌獎。
  3. 獎項① iPhone 16為128GB，恕不挑色。／獎項②「承億酒店雙人客房住宿券」效期一年(至2025/11/30)，限平日使用。
  4. 中獎者超過回覆時間，等同放棄獲獎資格，若有中獎者放棄或遭取消中獎資格，剩餘名額將不進行補抽候補名額。
  5. 中獎者不得要求獎項更換為其他等值商品或現金。
  6. 本活動將依贈品市值由主辦單位代扣所得稅，依中華民國稅法規定，贈品價值大於新臺幣1,000元，本公司將依法申報年度個人所得，若獎品價值總額超過新台幣20,000元，須代扣10%中獎獎金稅額；非中華民國國境內居住之國人（即在中華民國境內居住未達 183天之本國人及外國人）不論得獎者所得之金額，須就中獎所得扣繳 20%機會中獎稅。中獎人若未滿20歲，需經法定代理人同意並簽署同意書後方可領獎，且依法需提供戶口名簿備查。中獎人不能要求申請任何政府補助，且須自付所有稅額與代辦費用。
  7. 高雄市政府文化局保有2024TTXC抽獎活動之條款與行銷活動之解釋、修改、調整、終止等相關權利，其詳細辦法、變更事項或未盡事項則以官網公告為準。

How to Participate
During the 2024 TTXC Taiwan Technology X Culture Expo (2024/10/12 – 2024/10/27), attendees of the “G.A.M.E. Future Theme Exhibition” will receive a lottery serial number. Register and log the serial number on the TTXC official website to receive one lottery entry per person.

Lottery Results Announcement
Results will be announced on the TTXC official website at 12:00 PM on 2024/11/1 (Fri). Winners will also be notified via email.

Prize Redemption
Winners must reply with their intended prize pickup time within 3 days of receiving the notification. Prizes can be collected at the Pier-2 Base (3F, No. 11, Dayong Rd., Yancheng Dist., Kaohsiung City) during business hours (2024/11/4 – 2024/11/30, weekdays 10:00–17:00).

Important Notes
  1. When registering on the TTXC website, you must include your name, phone number, and email. Phone numbers cannot be duplicated.
  2. Each person may only log one lottery serial number, and each serial number grants only one chance to win. Duplicate redemptions are not allowed.
  3. Prize① iPhone 16 (128 GB) / Prize② “TAi Urban Resort Double Room Voucher” is valid for one year (until 2025/11/30) and can only be used on weekdays.
  4. If a winner fails to respond within the given time, the prize will be forfeited. No substitute winners will be drawn for forfeited or disqualified prizes.
  5. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other items or cash.
  6. The organizer will withhold income tax based on the market value of the prizes. According to Taiwan’s tax regulations, if the prize value exceeds NT$1,000, the company will report it as annual personal income. If the total prize value exceeds NT$20,000, 10% of the prize tax will be withheld. For individuals who are not residents of Taiwan (i.e. Taiwanese nationals and foreigners who have resided in Taiwan for less than 183 days), 20% of the prize value will be withheld as a tax on winnings, regardless of the prize amount. Winners under the age of 20 must obtain consent from a legal guardian and sign a consent form to claim the prize. Additionally, they are required by law to provide their Household Certificate for verification. Winners cannot apply for any government subsidies and must cover all applicable taxes and handling fees.
  7. The Bureau of Cultural Affairs, Kaohsiung City Government, reserves the right to interpret, modify, adjust, or terminate the 2024 TTXC lottery event, its associated rights, and related promotional activities.
